Before every deployment, our staff are fully briefed — menu details, guest flow, timing, protocol and any special requirements unique to your occasion.
Investment
Our standard hourly rate for event hosts and hostesses, with a written quotation issued for every booking.
Rates effective 1 September 2026, quoted in South African Rand. A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due on or before the event date. Hours beyond the minimum are billed pro-rata, and a flat return transport fee applies for venues outside greater Johannesburg. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event forfeit the deposit. A written quotation is issued for every booking.
